This is a half day, 4 hour workshop tailored for the seasoned manager who would like a refresher or the new manager of a medium/large team.

This session will lead participants through several models that will give practical tools and templates to developing and managing performance. It is a topic that everyone will have an opinion on. So we have developed a session that is experiential and scenario based – you will get to practise some easy convos and some of the tough convos as well! This session is an extension of the People Management Essentials and we recommend to complete that one first.

This is a half day, 4 hour workshop that is tailored for managers of large teams or those managers who have interest in developing. The first half of this workshop will provide participants with several frameworks and tools to conduct some mini ‘assessments’ on their team and draw some informed conclusions about where improvement may be required. We then look toward conducting some intervention planning and brainstorming some of the initiatives leaders can engage in and conduct with their team to work toward the intended outcome they seek.
